The official opening of the Limassol Carnival season, locally known as 'Tsiknopempti' (Meat Thursday). The entire city transforms into a massive open-air barbecue with impromptu street parties, live serenaders, and a 'foukou' (grill) on every corner. Expect smoke, grilled meats, and a chaotic, joyful local atmosphere.
